What does the $500 pilot include?

The setup includes your call flow, approved answers, qualifying questions, lead summaries, human escalation, ten test calls, launch, and thirty days of tuning. The $199 monthly management begins after setup. The phone or AI receptionist platform is billed directly to you and depends on the provider and call volume.

Will it book appointments?

It can request or book a time when your calendar and rules support it. If they do not, it captures the caller's preferred time and sends your team a clear callback summary instead of inventing availability.

What should still go to a person?

Emergencies, complaints, unusual estimates, regulated advice, and any situation outside the approved call flow should be escalated. We decide those boundaries together before launch.
